Group Fitness

Join me every Friday starting on March 9th for Fitness for Stability, Balance, and Strength.  This circuit style workout will help you get stronger and help reduce your risk of injury.  We will strengthen the deepest core muscles to give stability to the spine, work on increasing balance and overall strength.  All levels are encouraged to attend as exercises can be progresses and regressed as needed.  This class takes place in the Fitness Center at The Severna Park Community Center every Friday from 9:30-10:30am.  Buy a punch card and join us!
